Answer: Yes, the workstations can be customized to fit your needs, and you can select from numerous sizes and colors.

Question: Does Springfield Office Solutions rent office furniture?
Answer:Springfield Office Solutions rents and sells all the furniture in our inventory. You can choose month-to-month or long term lease options.

Question: What about credit purchases?
Answer: Credit is available with an associated handling fee per transaction.

Question: Is what I buy guaranteed?
Answer: Our policy is that refurbished furniture is sold “as is, where is.” Sorry, but we cannot offer a guarantee on refurbished products. However, in the event of a problem with a purchase our policy is to find ways to ensure client satisfaction, such as by a product exchange or like-kind replacement.

Question: Can I visit the showroom?
Answer: Yes, but by appointment only. The warehouse is an active working operation and we want to be sure to provide a planned, safe visit for our valued clients.

Question: Do you provide moving services for residential customers?
Answer: Yes, we can move residential customers either locally or nationally, just like we do for big commercial clients.

Question: What are the company’s hours of operation?
